Balıkesirspor have signed midfielder Alfred Sankoh from Khazar Lankaran on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old’s (pictured) deal completed few hours ago after successfully completed his medical, he will be reunited with national team-mate Khalifa Jabbie who also trade his football with the Turkish side.
Speaking moments after signing, Sankoh said: “Thank God for this successful new singing in turkey Balikesirspor, hard work, and humbleness paid off.
“I’m happy, this is a good move for me, after three weeks of negotiation, is a done deal,” He told footballsierraleone.net.
Sankoh began trading his career in Norway with Strømsgodset in July 2008 after he signed a permanent move after few weeks of successful training the same year.
In July 2012, Sankoh signed a three-year contract with TFF First League side Şanlıurfaspor.
Two years later, in July 2014, Sankoh moved to Khazar Lankaran, signing a two-year contract making twenty-five appearances scoring two goals.
