Bell Baggie looking to inspire Bristol Rovers promotion

Bell Baggie is aiming to help propel Bristol Rovers push for promotion to Sky bet League Two after arriving on a short-term deal until the end of the season.

He told”I’m looking for forward to the new challenge, a massive and exciting one for me with a team pushing for promotion.

“This is a great opportunity I want to help in any way I can to what is already a successful squad and a successful season so far.”

Baggie was an unused substitute in their goalless draw today against title rivals Macclesfield Town at Moss Ross, who are six points behind Rovers.

Baggie, 22, the former Crawley Town midfielder was released by League Two side Tranmere Rovers in February, after making over 60 appearances netting five times since his move in 2012.

Rovers are Second-placed on 78 points, behind leaders Barnet who has a game in hand. Barnet will face Alfreton away from home later this afternoon.
