Dumbuya seals Partick Thistle switch

Partick Thistle have signed Sierra Leonean defender Mustapha Dumbuya on a one-year deal, subject to international clearance.

The 28-year-old played 45 minutes for the Scottish Premier side in their development League fixture last night.

He was released by Notts County at the end of the 2014/15 season making over 50 appearances for the club in the last two seasons.

Mustapha’s full playing career, to date, has been in England. He started his career with English non-league sides Wingate & Finchley, Maidenhead United and Potters Bar Town.

Dumbuya, On 14 October, made his debut for Sierra Leone against Tunisia and he has been capped on 10 occasions for his country.
