HJK Helsinki sit top of the Finish top flight with 11 points from five matches. They were held to a goalless draw away to IFK Mariehamn on Sunday.
The former Bolton midfielder has played every game so far this season, for HJK and scored his first goal of the season in their 3-1 home win against VPS on the 8 April 2016.
He told www.footballsierraleone.net: “I’m definitely enjoying my time over here. Finland is not a new place to me, just picked up from where I left.
“As a football player whenever you have the opportunity to play, you must have to enjoy the best way possible.
“Always great atmospheres from our fans, Players are all excited to play. I must say this is just the start of many games to go. We have to keep grinding out results.”
Kamara, 28, had an unsuccessful spell at the Macron Stadium under former boss Neil Lennon.
Initially, having joined Bolton from Partizan Belgrade three years ago, Medo was a regular making 53 appearances for Bolton and scored three times before he was loaned to Israeli club Maccabi Haifa.
Under Lennon, he was sent on loan with Israeli side Maccabi Haifa after his return was not able to get back into the side.
