Gabon maintained top spot, obviously already qualified for the 2017 finals as hosts.
They will be hosting the continental tournament for the second time.
They previously co-hosted the competition with Equatorial Guinea in 2012.
Meanwhile, The Gabonese president Ali Bongo Ondimba, newly appointed Fifa president Gianni Infantino and Caf president Issa Hayatou were all in attendance during the 2017 Mascot inauguration before kick off with Sierra Leone.
