Sierra Leone international, Mohamed ‘Medo’ Kamara scored his first goal in Maccabi Haifa’s shirt since joining the Israeli side on loan on Saturday.
Kamara accounted for Maccabi’s third goal in the 55th minute as they recorded a great 5-0 victory at home.
The 27-year-old was also booked soon before half-time, but he was in a blistery form helping his new side in front of the home fans hosting FC Ashdod.
The greens displayed a good game and dominated throughout most of the game and finally found the desired goal deep in injury time.
The victory elevates Haifa to seventh position in their domestic league.
