Medo Kamara starts as Chelsea progress in League Cup


Sierra Leonean international Mohamed Medo Kamara played the full match at Stamford Bridge for Bolton Wonderers against Chelsea in the third round of the Capital One Cup, but his side resilient was not enough to stop Chelsea reach the last 16 of the League Cup.

Goals from Oscar and debutant Kurt Zouma help Chelsea secured a 2-1 victory over Championship side Bolton Wanderers.

French centre-back Kurt Zouma put Chelsea ahead on his debut when he fired high into the net after Bolton had failed to clear a corner.

Bolton levelled six minutes later when Matt Mills headed home.

Medo last start for Bolton in the Championship was against Leeds United when they lost 1-0 and was replaced by Feeney in the 82sn minutes in August.

The Sierra Leonean was not able to stirred Bolton past Chelsea but his contribution was effortless and it was a courageous Trotters performance as they exited the Capital One Cup at the hands of Premier League leaders Chelsea.
