“I have realized that I made many AIK supporters sad when I went on loan from Celtic to Elfsborg and it hurt the AIK supporters, I’m sorry.
“I’ve gotten a little older and a little wiser, and therefore I have signed a contract with AIK again.
“My main focus now is to put all my effort to prepare myself and the team to win titles with AIK,”
AIK fans are already sending a welcoming message for their one-time hero who ended his first spell with the club to join Celtic after a recommendation from club legend Henrik Larsson
AIK Sports Director Bjorn Wesström delighted and said, “AIK has recruited a player who has qualities that make a difference in that part of the table where we want to compete.
“A player who clearly shown that he is aware of what club he comes to and what demands his history provides.
“Seeing Mohamed Bangura play football is beautiful and historically it has been at its most beautiful in the AIK-Shirt.
“Mohamed’s determination and insight into the process that led us to this Agreement, together with the coaches’ ambition and planes have made the decision logical to conclude.”
