The Sierra Leone international Aziz Deen-Conteh and Port Vale have agreed to cancel the running contract with immediate effect, the English League one club announced.
The youngster who was named in the Stamford Bride outfit’s squad for the 2012/13 UEFA Champions League has left the club by mutual consent.
Deen-Conteh, 23, has finally ended his frustrating spell at the club and his now a free to join any club.
“Aziz has left by mutual consent and we wish him all the best for his future.
“He’s going back down south to be with his family and we wish him all the best in his hunt for a new club.” Port Vale manager Rob Page told the club’s website.
He signed for the Valiants in November 2014 after leaving Greek club Ergotelis.
During the 2013-14 seasons, he made seven first team appearances at the Pankritio Stadium in the second half of the season.
Aziz came through the youth ranks at Chelsea Football club, where he spent time being mentored by former England left-back Ashley Cole.
