Sierra Leone finished 0-0 hosting Cameroon in Yaoundé in a 2015 CAF U-23 second round, first leg qualifier at the Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo.
Under the technical direction of head coach John Keister, the Sierra Leone squad tamed the 2000 Olympics champions and edged closer ahead of the second leg second round tie.
The two sides will meet again in the final leg next Sunday in Yaoundé.

The top three at this tournament will qualify for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil.
