Sullay Kaikai is good enough for Palace, says Gabbidon

Former Welsh international Danny Gabbidon believes Sullay Kaikai the League One player for October is good enough to make Allen Pardew’s first team at Selhurst Park.

Certainly Kaikai will be an option for manager Pardew in the future.

Hailing from Sierra Leonean parents, Kaikai is presently on loan at Shrewsbury Town.

Since arriving from Crystal Palace, he has been one of the highlights of Shrewsbury Town’s so far.

Netting four goals in as many games saw him be voted by the fans as League One Player of the Month for October.

Gabbidon, 36, told the South London Press this week:

“Sullay is on loan at Shrewsbury and was the League One player of the month for October.

“If he keeps working hard, he could break into the Palace side in the next couple of years.”

His excellent work rate has alerted Championship clubs with Preston, Charlton and Blackburn linked with the exciting 20-year-old.
