Striker Sullay Kaikai’s 10th goal of the season in his 19th Shrewsbury Town appearance rescued a deserved late point for Town in a 1-1 draw at home against Port Vale.
The visitors were in front from Louis Dodds’ header, but Town levelled on 73 rd minutes from 20-yards.
Kaikai, 20, had previously scored nine goals in 18 League One appearances – and recently re-joined them to rescue their season.
His 10th goal of the season was enough to stretch Micky Mellon’s side unbeaten League One run to nine games and they are now nine points away from the trouble zone.
Kaikai, who is still eligible to play for Sierra Leone (Pictured) has kept in his astonishing display for Shrewsbury since his return.
