Sierra Leone International Ibrahim Teteh Bangura (Pictured) has begun a training stint with newly promoted Swedish Superettan side Dalkurd FF today Thursday targeting to secure a deal.
The Borlänge Swedish-based club started in division 7 and was formed in 2004.
Bangura, 26, who last signed for Mjällby AIF in August 2015, remains a favourite if he can impress the club management.
He is also expected to play in Saturday’s friendly against Vasteras SK. The club’s Sporting director Adil Kizil believes Bangura is the right player to help strengthen their striking option ahead of the new campaign.
He said, “He feature exquisite qualities and we believe he could be the one we are seeking. ”
“He’s a decent player with a nice résumé but had a difficult time in recent years. Now I think his agent want to find the right place for him so he will be able to flourish again. I think we might be the place, Adil Kizil told dt.se
The former Beitar Jerusalem striker has previously played for Köping in Sweden, Bursaspor and Sanlıurfaspor in Turkey.
Meanwhile, Teteh was impressive during the 2011 season for AIK Allsvenskan scoring 15 goals in 17 appearances for AIK, before joining Bursaspor.
