New Vendsyssel acquisition Christian Moses pictured in action has been in explosive form in Denmark since his loan move to the Danish NordicBet Liga side Vendsyssel.
The Sierra Leonean joined in January from local club Lion Pride for an undisclosed fee in a deal that is expected to run out in December.
Latest reports from Denmark have confirmed many Danish pundits believe his 8 goals for the club combined with his personal attributes have inspired the Danish second-tier in their quest for promotion to the Danish top-flight.
It is believed the Danish side Vendsyssel is set to reward the Sierra Leone-born a new deal.
“I’m enjoying my football more than ever before because I have been doing well in the second highest league in Denmark and that is every player’s dream – doing well for your team, Moses told footballsierraleone.net.
The Lion pride striker added, “Thanks to my teammate, my coaches and everyone at the club – they’re like my family. Everyone is nice and friendly to me and they care about me so much, they supported me on and off the pitch.”
“My loan deal runs out 31st of December and we will see what happens, but I’m very happy to be at this club.”
“I’m not going into details about contract talks. That is for my agent to sort out, but I’m more focused on helping the team in our quest for promotion,” Moses, 24, concluded.
Vendsyssel’ Chairman of the sports committee, Erik Rasmussen earlier this year has said of Moses, “Christian Moses is an exciting young striker who, with his speed and challenging play style, is an exciting addition to our other attackers in the squad.”
Vendsyssel next NordicBet Liga outing is away to league leaders Vejle Bk on Sunday, November 26.
They’re two points adrift from Vejle-BK and this weekend encounter is crucial in the race for promotion between the two sides.
