FC Sheriff will play Macedonian football club Shkëndija in the second round of the UEFA Champions League qualifiers.

Sierra Leone striker, Alhaji ‘Andriano’ Kamara, who is the club’s top scorer, played a part in helping FC Sheriff to the next phase of the competition.

The Moldovan champions eliminated FC Torpedo of Georgia 4-2 on aggregate following a 3-0 home victory.

They lost the first leg contest 2-1 at the Ramaz Shengelias Sakhelobis Stadium in Georgia.

The Sierra Leone striker was unable to find the net in both legs but remain a vital figure in the side.

Sheriff’s next opponent Shkëndija defeated FC TNS Wales 5-4 on aggregate following a 5:0 home win and 0:4 defeat away.

FC Sheriff will travel to KF Shkëndija on the 24 of July at the Philip II National Arena in Scopje before hosting the return leg on the 31st August in Tiraspol.
