• Sierra Leone native Kevin Wright rescued late Örebro SK point.
  • The defender hailing from Sierra Leonean parents scored his second goal in Sweden.

Wright, 23, scored an equaliser four minutes into stoppage time as Örebro SK claimed a 2-2 Allsvenskan draw with IFK Göteborg on Monday at the Behrn Arena.

Robin Soder scored a brace for the visitors in the 41′ and 63rd minutes before Orebro rallied to secure a point.

The host increase pressure to reduce the deficit after debutant Kasim placed a quick ball into the penalty for Jake Larsson in the 81st minute, who was completely free. He made no mistake with a cool finish to make it 2-1.

In four additional, ÖSK made a last and final effort with a long ball from the right that was headed home by Kevin Wright to level the scoreline 2-2.

There were no more goals, and both teams had to settle for a point after a very entertaining match.

The result means that the Örebro-based club sits in 8th position with 21 points.
