- Sierra Leone-born defensive midfielder Trevoh Chalobah has signed for Championship side Huddersfield Town from Chelsea on a season-long loan.
- The youngster last season played for Ipswich Town on loan
Chalobah, 20, last season played for Ipswich Town making 44 appearances at Portman Road and scored twice.
Trevoh tweeted: “Can’t wait for the new season. Happy to be joining @htafc on loan for the season, I will give my last breath too see this fantastic club get back to the premier league! #htafc.”
The young Chalobah, who is in line to make his debut against QPR, won the UEFA Youth League in 2016, as well as back-to-back FA Youth Cups, while on the international stage he lifted the European Championship trophy with England Under-19s in 2017.
He will wear the number eight shirt for The Terriers, and his new Chelsea contract is until at least 2022.
