Sierra Leone Premier League Updates
John Keister’s men beat Freetown City FC 1-0 to record a third consecutive Sierra Leone Premier League win for the first time since their title-winning season of 2018-19.
Alphajor Kamara scored the only goal that ensured the win against a resolute Freetown City FC side during the second half. His 54th-minute goal was enough for the last season unbeaten champions.
As a result, the reigning champions moved up to second above big spenders Bo Rangers, who lost to East End Tigers on Thursday at the Siaka Steven Stadium.
The East End giants side, who started this campaign on the wrong footing after their opening defeat to Ports Authority and a 1-1 draw to arch-rivals Mighty Blackpool in matchday one and two this season, look to have regained their winning formula.

The two sides will be aiming to pick up their first maximum points. Hosts’ Johansen after a slow start are second from bottom with two points from four matches.
Central Parade, on the other hand, are first from the bottom with one point from their last four matches, after three defeats and a draw.
