Sierra Leone head coach John Keister has named two new faces in his 25-man squad for this month’s International matches as Leone Stars set to play for the first time since the 2-2 draw against Guinea-Bissau in the African Cup of Nations qualifier in June.
Leone Stars will engage South Africa and DRC Congo this month in Johannesburg and Casablanca on September 24 and 27, respectively.
The list includes first-timers, US-based player Rodney Michael Indy Eleven, France-based striker Moses Turay and a return for Ishmael Koroma, who plays for Norwegian side Elverum Football.
Also included in the squad are Augustus Kargbo FC Crotone, Amadou Bakayoko Bolton, Mohamed Buya Turay Malmo, Augustine Williams Charleston Battery and Barnet striker Idriss Kanu, who missed the last two Afcon qualifiers.
