Sierra Leone striker Mustapha Bundu accounted for Aarhus GF opener in front of over 10000 fans as they picked up their fifth win in a row on Friday night.
It was his fifth this season in ten matches for the Whites. Goals from Bundu and Mustafa Amini in the 28th and 80th minutes respectively, were enough as AGF move up to third in the Danish Super Liga standings.
Bundu’s goal was the only goal in the first half. However, after the restart, the home team started the second half as they finished the first 45 minutes pilling pressure on their visitors, and it paid off in the 67-minute.
The AGF defence had to surrender from a free-kick from the left side to the back post brought Moses Opondo leveller.
A couple of minutes later, Bundu was again presented with another chance but was unable to make it count.
Australian star Mustafa Amini registered the match-winner 10 minute to full time his left-footed shot proved pivotal for the visitors.
AGF’s next 3F Super League match is against FC Nordsjælland in matchday 11 on September 29 at Ceres Park.
