Swedish League 1 Norra side, Åtvidabergs FF have signed Sierra Leone defender Ishmael Jaw-jaw Koroma on a free transfer deal until 2019.
“I am very excited to signed for such a famous club – I’m ready to work in this new atmosphere,” Koroma 21, told footballsierraleone.net
The former FC Johansen player added: “I’m looking forward to a new chapter with Åtvidabergs”
The club said on their website: “Ishmael Koroma is our next new acquisition. Koroma had previously played for Nyköping’s BIS where he has played for four seasons.”
Koroma is not the first Sierra Leonean to sign for the club, former Sierra Leone international, Sheriff Suma has also played for the Åtvidabergs based club during the 2005 – 2006 seasons.
Suma made 49 appearances scoring seven goals.
Åtvidabergs FF relegated from the Superettan this season after they suffered 19 league defeats – only six wins and five draws.
